Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Anganwadi Worker, Mini Anganwadi Worker, and Anganwadi Helper posts must:
- Have passed 10th Class.
- Be married women candidates.
- Be local residents of the village/hamlet where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 01 July 2026.
For Anganwadi Worker and Helper posts in SC/ST habitations, only SC/ST women candidates are eligible.
Selection Process
No written examination will be conducted.
Selection will be based on eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, local residence requirements, reservation norms, and verification of documents as per government guidelines.
Certain disability reservation provisions have been modified considering child safety and the nature of Anganwadi duties such as childcare, cooking, serving meals, and home visits.
